At FK Machinery, we focus on partnership relations and transparent cooperation rules.
That’s why we have prepared a complete set of information regarding placing orders, fulfilment, transport, collection, and complaints.

We believe that defining clear cooperation rules will guarantee a smooth process for both parties.

How to place an order?

Please send your orders in writing (by e-mail) containing all necessary data:

  • product index,
  • product name,
  • quantity,
  • type of mounting,
  • colour scheme,
  • and any additional information if applicable to the order.

Attention to non-standard products

If you order a machine or mounting outside the catalogue – first send a request for quotation. Such an order will be processed only after:

  • preparing an offer,
  • approving technical drawings,
  • your written confirmation of the conditions.

Orders with non-standard colour, design, or other mounting, without prior arrangements, will not be processed. Their production also requires more time and may generate additional costs.

Order fulfilment

  • The lead time is counted from the moment of your written confirmation of the order.
  • Our sales representative will always confirm the approximate lead time – it depends, among others, on the season, component availability, and production load.

Changes after approval?

You can change the order within 8 days from confirmation. After this time, any change will incur an additional cost of 50 EUR and may extend the lead time.

Order cancellation

  • If the goods have already been produced – cancellation is not possible.
  • An attempt to cancel during fulfilment will result in an invoice for the full value of the machine (without discounts).

Transport and collection

  • The transport cost is always stated in the offer or order confirmation – covered by the customer.
  • A customer who declared self-collection has 7 working days to collect from the date of the production completion notice.
  • After this period, we charge a storage fee of 55 EUR net for each day of storage.

Spare and warranty parts

  • Spare parts are shipped only after 100% prepayment of the order value (including transport costs), based on a proforma invoice.
  • Warranty return goods are shipped based on a delivery note (WZ) with the additional information that failure to return the defective part within 30 days will result in an invoice for a new part.
  • Filing a complaint does not release you from the obligation of timely payment – the manufacturer may suspend processing until all overdue amounts are settled.

Delivery acceptance and inspection

  • Signing the delivery note (WZ) upon receipt confirms that the delivery matches the document (in quantity and quality).
  • You have 3 working days from delivery to report any shortages or visible damage.

Order status information

Order status is provided only to authorised dealers – after providing the internal order number assigned by FK Machinery.
